Langeland is one of the most scenic places in Denmark. It is not a coincidence that the famous Danish poet Adam Oehlenschl\u00e4ger while visiting Langeland was inspired to write the Danish National Anthem &#8220;There is a Lovely Land\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Shanti Retreat is surrounded by idyllic landscape and lies within walking distance of a charming seaport and one of the best beaches on the island. The Retreat consists of historical buildings surrounded by a park-like garden with an abundance of old fruit trees and beautiful flowers and plants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201dShanti\u201d is a Sanskrit term and means calmness and inner peace. As the name suggests Shanti Retreat has been created to help you feel relaxed and connected.
